Business Development & Travel Consultant (BDTC)
Plans and performs Business Development activities to onboard new customer or service the existing customer as required.
Main Responsibility Area
Plans and executes tasks according to the stipulated processes and instructions. Works with the responsibility of responding to customer queries directly or through interface. Solves offline on-tour problems.
- Taking calls from/ Calling to customers. Visit to customer location if required especially for corporate
- Making Sales / Inbound calls / Presentation to Corporate and Individual Customer
- Providing excellent customer service experience and resolving any issue if arises during their trips
- Create packages, make reservations and tickets
- Work on Word, Power Point, Outlook
The work profile require someone proficient in language, computer and whatsapp.
